MomConnect is one of the projects I do UX on in my current role at Reach Digital Health. It is a chatbot aimed at new and expecting moms with appointment reminders, health alerts, stage based messaging and helpful tips around pregnancy and childcare and currently has about 5 million users. I also created and illustrated Sister Phila which was launched as the human embodiment of the platform.
I was asked to create a brand refresh for the 10th year anniversary which included a new logo design and a logo symbol design for the 10th year anniversary. The event was held in September 2024 and we needed to create a bunch of print materials, posters and digital designs for the launch of this event.

We worked on a very tight schedule and because of the large user base, adhering to the existing brand essence was imperative. We could not go too far with a brand refresh at the risk of losing user loyalty. As you can tell by the subtle changes to the logo.
